Location: Morganton, NC & surrounding areas

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Plumber Assistant to support our plumbing crews in installations, repairs, and maintenance work. You’ll help with material prep, tool handling, job site clean-ups, and basic plumbing tasks under supervision. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn the trade, grow with the team, and gain hands-on experience in plumbing, gas, drain, and water systems.

Key Qualifications / Skills:

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable lifting, bending, and working in varied environments
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
Good communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license preferred
